Benefits
Tax Audit Help is a service to TaxSlayer.com Premium users who
file a Federal form 1040, 1040A, or Form 1040EZ form. In the event you receive correspondence
from the IRS, Tax Audit Help will provide assistance on the federal tax return for
a period of three (3) years from date of purchasing TaxSlayer.com Premium.
Limitations
Tax Audit Help will not cover any federal returns with forms Schedule
C, K-1 or form 2555. State returns are not covered under Tax
Audit Help. Your return must be a federal electronically filed individual
return using the TaxSlayer.com Premium version. In the event of an IRS audit,
Tax Audit Help is only allowed to assist you in preparation for the
audit. Tax Audit Help can not represent you at the audit. Tax
Audit Help is not permitted to inquire with the IRS about your return.
Tax Audit Help will not be responsible for preparing an amended
federal return (Form 1040X). Tax Audit Help has the right to cancel
this agreement at anytime and refund your TaxSlayer Premium fee.

A timely request for assistance can be made by mail, fax or email. The Tax Audit

is support@taxslayer.com. Tax Audit Help only provides audit assistance
for the tax year that you paid for the TaxSlayer Premium version. In no way is
Tax Audit Help implying that your tax return has been prepared properly
or accurately, only that we will assist you with any tax assistance in preparation
for an audit.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the State of Georgia. In the event of a dispute hereunder, it is agreed that venue
lies exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Columbia County, Georgia,
and such court shall be a proper forum in which to adjudicate such dispute. The
parties agree to waive any defense that they may have based upon improper venue
or lack of personal jurisdiction, and to subject themselves to the jurisdiction
