1099G Now Available Online!

You can now view and print your 1099G immediately for calendar year 2012 on the state website. Just enter the applicable information to View Your 1099-G Information and click on the new option at the bottom of the page to View/Print your 1099G. If you are not able to print, you can also request a duplicate by completing and mailing the Request for 1099G form.
