The Tax Help Center allows you to quickly and easily find answers to your tax preparation questions. You can choose from a variety of ways to find your answers:
1) Search – Use this option above to type in your question or keywords to bring up a list of relevant Help Articles. Once these Articles are listed you can click on the appropriate topic to display the contents of that Help Article.
2) Browse By Category – Use this option above to select a Category or Sub-category from the drop-down list. Once the Category or Sub-category is selected, a list of Articles will be displayed. Click on the topic that relates to your question or support issue to display the contents of that Help Article.
3) Navigation Bar – Use the listings on the left-hand side to select a Category or Sub-category from the list. Once the Category or Sub-category is selected, a list of Articles will be displayed. Click on the topic that relates to your question or support issue to display the contents of that Help Article.
4) Center Section – Use the center section of the page to access Categories directly or display topics from the Latest, Most Popular, or Highest Rated Articles.
5) Glossary - At the top of the page, use the Glossary to access a list of common Tax terms and definitions.
6) Contact Us – Use this section at the top of the page to ask our Tax Support Staff a question.
