My return is printing without the numbers on it. What do I do?

This generally happens if you accidentally try to print the calculations page rather than the PDF of your actual tax forms.  To print the tax forms:

  1. Login to your account and click "Access Return" next to "2009 Tax Year".
  2. Click "View Return summary" on the Main Menu.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page that opens and click "Create a PDF Document".
  4. Click "Open Tax Return in New Window" and you can print from here.
