Under normal circumstances, I would be writing you and giving feedback on how much I appreciate your wonderful service; it is easy to use, the wizard guides users through options in an easy-to-comprehend format, and filing could not be easier. In short, your service is wonderful!
However, this is not "normal" circumstances. You see, not only is your service easy to use, convenient, and quick - it is also a free service for Military personnel, and I am Military. Many companies pay "lip service" to support for troops, but yours provides tangible support in free electronic filing and use of software. Taxslayer is a bargain at $9.95, let alone being a free service!!!!
